Richmond's B.C. Spirit Square — part of the Richmond Oval site — will be developed thanks to $500,000 from the provincial government.
The Riverside Open Space will be the heart of the Richmond Oval site. Public space will be set aside for activities such as cycling, walking, jogging, and enjoying the view of the river and north shore mountains. Events such as festivals, boat shows and concerts will be held at the Open Space.
